Walking in Liberty

Galatians 5:1-26

In the book of Galatians we learn that in Jesus Christ one has liberty from the of the Law. As Christians we are to walk in this liberty.

To walk in Christ's liberty:

I.      Is To Walk With Conviction (1)

  

        A.     By understanding the Liberty Christ has given

        B.     By being rooted in the Liberty Christ has given

              -   freedom from the penalty of sin Rm.6:23

              -   freedom from the power of sin Rm.6:14

II.      Is To Walk With Responsibility (13)

 

         A.     By disciplining the flesh

         B.     By loving submission to others

         C.     By understanding the conflict (17)

III.    Is To Walk with the Spirit (16) (25)

 

         A.     Works of the flesh (19-21)

         B.      Fruit of the Spirit (22-23)

         C.      Truth and Application (24-26)

Walking in the liberty of Christ is a mature walk. It can only be accomplished

by those who are saved. Are you walking in the liberty of Christ?
