Instructions are important. They help us: Instructions have the value of

keeping us safe. Just as instructions can keep us from bodily harm, so

Biblical instruction can keep us safe from eternal harm.

We know this about instruction.

I.        There is a Reason for Instruction (Rm.3:23)

                                           

                                            A.   The need to be informed

                                                   - we all have sinned

                                            B.   The need to know

                                                   - we have all come short of the glory of God

​

                  II.        There has got to be a Teacher and a Student (Rm.10:14)

                                           A.    Someone has the knowledge

                                           B.    Someone has to know

​​

  III.         There has got to be a goal (Rm.10:9-13).        

                                           A.    To believe with the heart in Christ Jesus

                                           B.    To confess salvation in Christ Jesus

                                           C.    To ask Christ Jesus to save you

Just as we have instructions for safety from physical

harm, so God has given us Biblical instruction for eternal life,

which can keep us safe from eternal harm. Have you looked at those instructions and found Christ?
